Do I need membership to book a review?
No. Individual pharmacist reviews are one-time appointments. No membership required.
What is included in each appointment?
Each review on the Book a Pharmacist Review page lists its length, price, and what is included. Comprehensive programs and membership list their complete benefits on the Programs & Membership page.
Are testing and medications included?
Individual reviews cover existing results; new laboratory testing is not included. Program prices include the appointments and testing benefits specifically listed. Prescription medications, peptide medications, supplements, outside medical appointments, and additional testing are priced separately. Any additional costs will be explained before purchase.
How do the comprehensive programs differ from membership?
Comprehensive programs are fixed six- or twelve-month plans with scheduled appointments, selected testing, and progress reviews. They end after the stated term and do not automatically renew. Membership is month-to-month ongoing support with one 30-minute pharmacist review each month and secure messaging; new tests are separate.
Can LMD365 work alongside my existing medical team?
Yes. Pharmacist reviews provide medication, supplement, laboratory-result education, and wellness guidance. They do not replace diagnosis or treatment by your medical clinician. Prescription changes require the appropriate prescribing clinician.
What happens after I enroll?
You receive a receipt and clear next-step instructions, including how to schedule your first appointment and complete secure intake through the client portal. For comprehensive programs, enrollment begins with a free 15-minute Program Fit Call; program payment is collected only after suitability, inclusions, and the enrollment agreement are confirmed.
How do recurring charges work?
Membership renews monthly until canceled. Cancel before your next billing date to prevent the next charge. Access continues through the paid membership period. Fixed three-payment arrangements (DNA Report Interpretation installments and 90-Day Health Coaching) are payments toward one service and stop after the third payment.
What are the appointment cancellation and refund terms?
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without charge at least 24 hours before the start time. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are charged the appointment fee. Program cancellation, refund, and installment terms are provided in the enrollment agreement before purchase.
